Wednesday, July 1, 2009. Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp. Boil some water in a pan and add the tomatoes to the boiling water. Wait till the tomato skin peels lightly. Remove the tomatoes from the water and let it cool. Heat oil in a pan and add fennel seeds, green chillies, small onions and saute it till onion becomes transparent. Remove it from the pan, let it cool and grind it along with tomatoes. Heat oil in a pan and add the grinded mix to it. Urad dhal - 1 tsp.
